Apr 12, 2017

Flame retardant is divided into many kinds, there are halogen flame retardants, organic phosphorus and phosphorus-halogen flame retardants, intumescent flame retardant and inorganic flame retardant agent. At present, the most commonly used halogen flame retardants are brominated flame retardants. Flame retardant Nonwoven fabrics can be classified as flame retardant needle cotton and flame retardant hot-blast cotton. Flame retardant needle cotton is the needle after the puncture of the fiber to become entangled; the heat-retardant hot-blast cotton is mainly through the hot-blast furnace formation. Both products have their own characteristics, common is fire-retardant, lightweight, warm, durable, environmental protection.

The main ingredient of flame retardant nonwoven fabrics is polyester, polyester fiber belongs to chemical fiber, and is the polymerization of terephthalic acid or ethyl terephthalate and ethylene glycol. Features are as follows: High strength, good elasticity, good heat resistance, smooth surface, good abrasion resistance, good light-resistant, corrosion-resistant, poor dyeing.
